Born and raised in Edmonton's Franco-Albertan community, Sympa Cesar grew up exposed to francophone music from all over. With the help of his musical development under the umbrella of the Centre de Développement Musicale en Alberta, Sympa was able to discover himself musically and artistically, which he still does today.
